Kamal Bekhit, 77, entered eternal life on May 9, 2024, after a courageous battle, surrounded by his adoring family in Castle Rock, Colorado. He was raised in Egypt and moved to America in 1977. He was a senior aerospace engineer for Lockheed Martin (literally a rocket scientist) until his retirement. His family will lovingly remember him as a faithful Christian, brilliant and generous man. He was a loving husband to his late wife, Aida Bekhit, (his passing only two short years almost to the day of his late wife), father, uncle, grandfather, and friend. He enjoyed spending time with his family and friends at church on Wednesday’s and Sunday’s weekly, for his love for restaurants and different foods, but above all his bold voice. He was preceded in death by his sister Susan Yacoub. He is survived by his daughters Sherry, Rosie, and Lisa, his brothers Magdy and Gamal, his sister Samira and sister-in-law Karima, his grandchildren Alexandra, Luke, Sophia, Kaitlyn, and Jake, an uncle to many. He will always be remembered. May God repose his soul, Rest in Peace. We love you.
Precious in the sight of the LORD is the death of his faithful servants. Psalm 116:15
